Mrs. Fannie TIDWELL
Funeral services were held Monday for Mrs. Fannie Tidwell of Woodville who died Saturday in the Jackson County Hospital at the age of 72.
Services were conducted at 2 p.m. from the Letcher Church of God with Albert Parks and Douglas Johns officiating. Burial was in Gold Cemetery under the direction of Scottsboro Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Tidwell; two daughters, Mrs. Syble Lands and Mrs. Hazel Selvage of Woodville, five sons, Ishel Tidwell of Chattanooga; Howard and James Tidwell of Woodville; Freddie Tidwell of Limrock and Lester Tidwell of Hobart, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Clay Warren and Mrs. Grace Hall of Woodville; five brothers, E.C. and Alvie Shelton of Woodville; Grady and Henry Shelton of
Harvey, Ill. and Walker Shelton in the U.S. Army and 33 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
